Hello dosto , kuch new sikho me aapka sawagat hai aaj hum sikhege ke Microsoft office word se files par password kaise lagate hai dosto lekin sabse pahla sawal to ye uthta hai ke hum files par password lagaye kyu dosto ho sakta hai ke aapne bahut mahnat karke koi files banai  or usme koi bahut important data hai jo aapko bahut sambhal kar rakhne hai lekin agar aap use apne kisi  pendrive ya  pc me rakhte hai to use koi bhi copy karke us files ko chura sakta hai or aapka important data koi bhi dekh sakta hai. Lekin agar aapko apni files ko chori or kisi ko nahi dekhana  hai to sabse bhadiya tarika hai aap us files par password laga de kyuki agar aapki koi files ko chori bhi lega to us files ko open nahi kar payega. Lekin ab aapke man me ye sawal aa raha hoga ke files par password  lagaye kaise. Dosto files par password lagane ke bahut se software internet par uplabad hai lekin aaj hum sikhege ke Microsoft office word se files par password kaise lagate hai. Steps By Steps

Dosto agar aap apne files par password lagana chahte hai to aapke pc me Microsoft office word hona chaiye agar aapke pc me Microsoft office word nahi hai to aap Download kare.


Steps 1.

Sabse pahle aapko jis files par password lagana hai us files ko Microsoft office word me open kare. Or fir uske bad office button par click kare.


Steps 2.

 Ab aap Prepare>>>Encrypt Document ke option par click kare.


Steps 3.

Ab jaise he aap Encrypt Document ke option par click karege to aapko ek Box open hoga. usme aapko jo bhi apne files par password lagana hai use dale or dakar OK ke button par click kare.




Ab aap Jaise he OK ke button Par click karege to aapko ek box open hoga isme aapko apna password re-enter karna hai matlab jo password aapne pahle wale box me dala tha wo dobara yaha dalna hai or ok ke button par click karna hai or jab aap ye sab karde to aapko us files ko Save Karna Hai.






Note:- Agar aap files ko save nahi karoge to files par password nahi lagega aapko files ko jarur save karne hai.

Dosto ab aapne files par password lagana to sikh liya hai. lekin agar aapko us files se  password ko remove yani hatana chahte hai to kaise hataye.. To chaliye dosto sikhte hai ke files se Password ko remove yani hataye kaise.

Steps By Steps

Steps 1.

Agar aap files se password ko remove karna chahte hai to aap us File ko Microsoft office word me apna lagaya hua password dal kar open kare.


Steps 2.

Ab aap office button par click kare.




Steps 3.

Ab Prepare>>> Encrypt Document ke option par click kare




Steps 4.

 Ab Jaise he aap Encrypt Document ke option par click karege to ek box open hoga. usme aapka lagaya hua password hoga aapko us password ko remove  karna hai or ok ke button par click karna hai.




Steps 5.

Remove karne ke bad aapko us files ko save karna hai.

Note :- Agar aap files ko Save nahi karoge to files se password remove nhi hoga is liye aap files ko save jarur kare.


To dosto ab aap sikh chuke ke Microsoft office word se files par password kaise lagate hai or remove kaise karte hai. Agar aapko humare ye post achhe lage to aap hume comment karke jarur bataiye ya aapke man me koi sawal hai to bhi aap hume comment karke us sawal ka jawab pa sakte hai.
